Dominic Morrocco is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Newlane Real Estate. Newlane was founded with the mission to create accessible technology solutions for agents and brokers to navigate business in the dynamic digital world. It is our mission to create technological efficiencies that allow agents and brokers the opportunity to grow their business while continuing to focus on what is most important in real estate: relationships.

In his role at Newlane, Dominic is responsible for product development and ensuring the company’s in-house technology remains at the forefront of the industry. Since its founding, Newlane Real Estate has been honored with numerous awards and accolades for its proprietary technology, including its Listing360 and Open House Touch applications. In 2015, Newlane began its most ambitious project to date under Dominic’s guidance, the development of a complete, end-to-end real estate brokerage platform. In 2018, Newlane Real Estate launched Backstage, a proprietary fintech/proptech platform that powers every aspect of the company’s operations. Dominic remains passionate about delivering on the company’s promise of helping agents build stronger business in the new digital era and maintaining our longstanding culture of agent centricity.

In 1999, Dominic created the first real estate brokerage company to allow consumers the direct ability to search the entire MLS – prior to the availability of IDX and RETS solutions. By 2002 over 90% of the company’s business was generated online. Dominic sold this technology to a national real estate conglomerate in 2003. Since entering the industry in the late 1990s, Dominic has served as CEO, President, and Chief Technology Officer of a variety of real estate entities.
